THE T² TEAM JOURNEY
A sport season or a full school year of mentoring for your team, club or chapter. Not one assembly. A real investment in every student.
Your students already work hard on the field, on the mat and in competition. The Team Journey helps them grow as people: knowing who they are, choosing on purpose, leading their peers and serving their community. Payton meets with your team twice a month, and every student gets personal time in small-group check-ins.
All sessions take place on campus. Parents give permission first, and each student’s results stay private.
What students get:
• A personality and strengths assessment, plus a one-on-one talk about the results
• A personal PIT profile (passion, impact, talent) they build on all year
• A vision statement for who they want to become
• An end-of-year growth summary for college and scholarship applications
What coaches and sponsors get:
• A team profile showing how your group thinks and works together
• Updates after each phase, with themes to reinforce
• An end-of-year report
HOW IT WORKS
The four phases:
Think (fall): Know yourself. Assessments and a one-on-one talk start each student’s PIT profile.
Live (winter): Choose on purpose. Values, habits and a simple four-question filter for everyday decisions.
Lead (early spring): Influence the people around you. Communication, trust and team culture.
Serve (late spring): Make a difference together. The team plans and completes a service project, then celebrates how far it has come.
Twice a month: one 45 to 60 minute team session, small-group check-ins of 4 to 5 students, and a short update for the coach or sponsor. A Season Journey covers all four phases within one sport season.
Options and investment:
Spark Session, one 60 to 90 minute workshop: $750
Leadership Intensive, one 4-hour session for retreats, captains or preseason: $1,250
Season Journey, one sport season of about 3 to 4 months: $4,000
School-Year Journey, August through May for clubs, band, JROTC and year-round programs: $7,500
Athletic Department Package, one team each in fall, winter and spring: $11,000
Campus Package, a School-Year Journey for one club plus two Spark Sessions: $8,500
Each additional team at the same school saves $500. Individual mentoring covers up to 25 students per team. Assessments are included, and invoices and purchase orders are welcome.
Many schools fund this through Title IV-A, booster clubs, chapter budgets or local sponsors.

QUESTIONS
How much does it cost?
Spark Sessions start at $750. A Season Journey is $4,000 and a School-Year Journey is $7,500. Each additional team at your school saves $500.
How do schools pay for it?
By invoice or purchase order. Many schools use Title IV-A funds, booster clubs, chapter budgets or local business sponsors.
When and where do sessions happen?
On your campus, during a practice block, advisory period or club meeting you choose. Team sessions run 45 to 60 minutes, twice a month.
How do you keep students safe?
Parents give permission first. One-on-ones happen in open spaces with staff aware, and each student’s results stay private.
Is the content religious?
No. Sessions focus on character, leadership, purpose and service, and they follow each school’s policies.
What if our season is short?
A Season Journey fits one sport season. Offseason journeys and 4-hour Leadership Intensives work well too. Have another question? Schedule a conversation.
