Payton Linder is a leadership educator, speaker, and researcher dedicated to helping individuals and organizations move beyond finish-line thinking to build a lasting sense of purpose and direction. He is a believer and practitioner of the Infinite Vision Framework, and the architect of PIT Theory, research-grounded models for how purpose actually forms, evolves, and survives disruption — shaped as much by his own experience of rebuilding a life's direction more than once as by the leadership and motivational psychology literature he studies.

With a background spanning higher education, leadership development, workforce engagement, and community partnerships, Payton has equipped students, educators, emerging professionals, and organizational leaders with practical tools to grow personally, lead effectively, and serve with purpose.

As a college instructor and leadership development professional, he has designed and facilitated leadership programs, taught leadership and organizational behavior courses, coordinated large-scale student success initiatives including the Young Leaders of East Alabama program, co-led multiple study abroad experiences, and developed emerging leaders across educational and community settings.
